What do you collect?
Your email if you sign up for deal emails, and anonymous visit stats from Google Analytics. We don't run ad trackers and we don't sell data.
What happens to my email?
It's stored with MailerLite, the service that sends our emails. We use it only to send PerpsProps deal emails, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Do you use cookies?
Google Analytics sets cookies with a random ID so we can count visits and see which pages get read. We don't use it for ads, and it only runs if you accept cookies in the banner. You can change that anytime. The site also saves your light or dark mode choice in your browser, so it remembers it next time.
Do you log visits?
Our host keeps standard server logs, like IP address, browser and the pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
What about links to prop firms?
Firm links take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies. Our partner links tell the firm you came from PerpsProps, so we get credit for the sale.
Can I see or delete my data?
Yes. Email hello@perpsprops.com and we'll send you what we have or delete it. To stop the emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.
